I first came to Allied Gardens School of Martial Arts to enroll my son Camerin and myself into the Family Group lessons. My son was first introduced to AGSMA through the after school program at Green Elementary. He was very enthusiastic about learning Martial Arts and enjoyed learning from Instructor Maria. This was a great thing, because at that time he was experiencing a lack of self-confidence. So, we decided to join the program at AGSMA. I thought this would be a great opportunity for us to share together. Well, it did not take long. Three lessons later he wanted to start doing additional lessons on his own in the regular Children's Group. We were both able to do our own separate group lessons as well as participating in the Family Group together to work on moves.

After being enrolled in the school for a year now, my son has gained a huge amount of self-confidence and determination. He has become a 3rd section student working towards the 4th. As for me, I have progressed to 2nd section. I find it very rewarding being able to do Martial Arts with my son and we will have that bond for along time to come.
