Tai Chi Program:

This program incorporates soft movements with emphasis on internal health. The forms and movements are practiced from the inside out; this promotes good circulation (nerve energy or Chi) and moves it around the body, feeding the internal organs, yielding good health. Course Includes:

Tai Chi long form, Tai Chi 42 Sword From, Northern Star Chi Gung Breathing Exercises, Push Hands Self Defense Exercises, Chi Gung Breathing Postures, and Chin Na 18 Seizing Hands. Degree conveyed upon completion.


Northern Shaolin Kung Fu Program:
Fast, powerful, and relaxed, Kung Fu uses entire body strength behind every technique. Practiced correctly, it develops a strong cardiovascular system, strong relaxed muscles, speed, agility, balance, and endurance. It is foundation for all northern martial art styles including Tai Chi, Hsing-I, and Bagua. Click here for more extended information!

Course Includes
:
Northern Shaolin Long Fist Numbered Fighting sets (108 movements), Tiger Tornado Broadsword Form, Northern Long Staff Fighting Form, Iron Palm Training, Chin Na Joint Locks and Breaks. Degree conveyed upon completion.

Combined Training Program

Leaning both Kung Fu and Tai Chi simultaneously can enhance the learning process of both martial arts and enable the student to progress at a much faster rate. For example, a student on the combined training program could attain the health benefits and self defense abilities of a 4th section (about half way to black belt) in a years time wear it might take a person on either the Kung Fu or Tai Chi programs 18 months to 2 years.
